When Earl’s opened in 2005, we set three main principles upon which to build: we will roast our own whole turkeys, center-cut pork loin and eye of round beef for sandwiches (no cold cut “lunch meats” need apply). We will craft our own soups and sauces from scratch. Our breakfast sandwiches will be available all day.
Our menu has since expanded to include options such as our grilled-to-order salmon or deep-fried cod sandwiches but, as we look forward to our next 17 years here in Arlington, we remain committed to creating fresh meals that are truly “homemade without the hassle”.
